The paradisiac Lounge & Bar in Dubai

Vacations are already a reality to most of people around the world: it’s time to travel, it’s time to meet new places and people. We know a place where you will find all of that: it’s called simply The Living Room, a bar and lounge which is located inside the renowned Grand Hyatt hotel in Dubai,  a work with HBA / Hirsch Bedner Associates‘s signature.

If you are proselyte of funk music and enjoy to feel relaxed moments, with a trendy and stylish flavor, or even if original cocktails fits in your style, buddy, we don’t have to say much more: you have found an addictive ecletic place where comfort and luxury meet. As a matter of fact, this unique lounge is synonymous of a melting culture, by joining elements from local cultures, creating an exotic atmosphere.

You can find four distinct lounges linked together by a series of portals, creating a magic atmosphere between rooms. Certainly, you will be rendered to each lounge which has a different color scheme. All of them, though, have one thing in common: the use of luxe velvets and leathers to finish the space.

The “live kitchen” is a stand out feature, which showcases chefs in their working environment: they are great dedicated food artists… Each cultural identity can be seen in each unique Living Room. The Sunken Lounge, the heart of the space, is the guide line of the rest: it’s the central point. The Velvet Lounge, at its turn, is inspired in the Middle East’s love of color: magenta and purples prevail. The attention to detail is simply lovely, emphasizing softness.

The European Lounge has Louis VX chairs upholstered in modern day fabrics and it has architectural colors white on white. The large oil paintings on aluminum metal by Julia Brooker surprise the most traveled. Tones of grey and vivid orange can be seen through the room.

The Chinese Lounge, at its turn, is bold and strong with vibrant reds and blacks that create a real sense of drama.

The entrance couldn’t be greater: a glowing burnt orange portal constructed in high gloss lacquer creates a grand sense of entry. The invitation is almost irrecusable: be part of this luxurious lounge.
