The luxurious french brand Louis Vuitton has made it: from the work with Maarten Baas, Patricia Urquiola, Nendo’s Oki Sato, Atelier Oi and Christian Liagre resulted a new luxury collection ‘objets nomades’.
The collection was unveiled at the temporary Louis Vuitton miami design district store during design miami 2012 – a series of foldable furniture designs and travel accessories using Louis Vuitton’s exclusive nomade leather.
The collection is composed by16 pieces – including hanging chairs, lamps, foldable furniture and travel accessories.
But what really capts our attention it’s its functional lighting: roll out lamp by Nendo and Solar-powered ‘bell-lamp’ by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby.

This lamp, by Oki Sato of Nendo, consists of an LED-backed Nomade shade that rolls into a tube, and stores neatly in a carrying strap.

The Bell Lamp, designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, has a blown-glass shade with a solar-powered light, and Nomade straps for hanging. $3350
