Angelo Lelli, the vintage designer that revolutionised the world of home lighting is the one we’re giving a spotlight today. Focused on the industrial style, the designer founded Arredoluce in 1947 and from there, it was unstoppable.

Famous for the innovative ways in production, creativity and pioneers in the quality of artisans and the products, Arredoluce was a pioneer in the world of domestic lighting. With designers of such as Gio Ponto, the interest in lighting was once again sparked.

Considered one of the main protagonists in the modern era of design, nothing much is known about the designer. From various sources, it's possible to know that the big breakthrough came in 1946 when three of his products were featured in Domus Magazine.

With simple and clean designs, Angelo Lelli brought the world the sophistication and tactfulness into the modern lighting world. Some of his best-known works are Stella Ceiling Light from circa 1950, Cobra table lamp from circa 1962 – 194 and the President lamp from circa 1970.
