WeWork is a worldwide company – with more than 500 locations spread all over the globe – responsible for the creation of a concept and construction of different workplaces. Every year, CBRE presents the trends of the commercial and corporate field, and they have just released the list of winners for best industrial and workplaces. A team of 10 judges, led by the renowned architect Eva Jiřičná, selected WeWork Prague as one of the big winners of Art of Space Award for the best co-working office space!

This workplace received the recognition in the category of Coworking and Flexible Office, and it really embraces what the workspaces of the future have to be. Located in the center of Prague, it is possible to rent the entire office or only a desk or an armchair. One of the most important rules of the workspaces of the future is that there is no rule, no limit.

“I am convinced that once the immediate problems and restrictions have disappeared, the current situation will lead to the development of flexible office concepts. Due to the uncertain future, companies will demand much more flexibility in space rental than these concepts, including coworking”, says Alexandra Tomášková.
