With a passion for design<\/a><\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0Paola Navone<\/strong>\u00a0graduated from the Turin Politecnico in Architecture, in 1973. That\u2019s where her career started, soon working alongside Alessandro Mendini, Ettore Sottsass Jr. and Andrea Branzi in the Alchimia group, a wonderful opportunity to be part of a progressive team on the Italian\u00a0design<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0scene. With her being a part of the\u00a0Alchimia group<\/strong>, she quickly developed a taste and sense of style when it came to avant garde, becoming more and more progressive and finding her own creativity and inspiration,<\/a><\/em><\/strong> gaining her the prestigious Osaka International Design Award, bestowed for the first time that year, in 1983.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She finds inspiration<\/a><\/em><\/strong> and interest in different cultures, particularly the oriental ones, and with all her travel experience, she is able to take that knowledge and insert it into her work. It\u2019s not just\u00a0Paola Navone<\/strong>\u00a0that crosses borders and boundaries, but also her creative and stunning work.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her long career she has switched between the roles of architect, designer, art director, interior designer, critic, teacher and organiser of exhibitions and events, both independently and for select clients such as Armani Casa, Knoll International, Alessi, Piazza Sempione, Casamilano, Molteni, Natuzzi, Roche Bobois and Swarovski, showcasing her versatility and always present passion and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \"Table<\/a>\n\n\n\n
