Unique, calm, different, and bold, are some of the characteristics an architect should have, and Leyla proves to have all of them by seeing her wide portfolio with incredible designs inspired by different cultures \u2013 European Classic, Egiptian, and Turkish style<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. In 2003, Leyla decided to create her own design company \u2013 Aykuthall<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong> \u2013 in Istanbul, Turkey. This stunning residential project is the final result of a young couple\u2019s design dream. The coulple wanted something that reflect who they are, and a house that would make their daily basis easiar. Always keeping in mind what the clients wanted, Leyla took into consideration aesthetics and functionality<\/em><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can see the past and the present finally meeting in an harmonious 60 square meters mid-century modern living room<\/a>. <\/em><\/strong>A contemporary house with a neutral color pallete, however with lots of personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contemporary<\/em><\/strong> means \u2018at the moment\u2019, which makes this style particularly hard to define. Dating back to the 1970s, this style is unique because it borrows elements from many other aesthetics.\u00a0In it, you can see nods to modern, traditional, art deco and even futuristic design. At the end, it means that contemporary style<\/em><\/strong> is always evolving, and the team does its best to be always updated with the latest design trends. Nowadays, it can be defined by neutral colors, clean an curved lines and\u00a0minimalism<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0Open spaces<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0are also a strong architecture feature, that we can see here with the windowed walls showing the luxurious garden d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
