The fair recently unveiled its 2023 schedule, outlining ambitious goals to transform the fair paradigm through the\u00a0return of its biennial light event<\/strong>,\u00a0Euroluce<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0DelightFULL and Essential Home<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0can\u2019t wait to meet all of you!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s almost time for\u00a0Salone Del Mobile<\/em>\u00a02023<\/a>!<\/h4>\n

For 2023,\u00a0Salone Del Mobile<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0welcomes new brands<\/strong>\u00a0and will\u00a0unveil a new general layout<\/strong>\u00a0to make journeys between pavilions easier,\u00a0creating more connected spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Salone Del Mobile<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0president, Maria Porro says:<\/p>\n

\u201cPEOPLE COME TO SALONE TO DISCOVER WHAT\u2019S NEW FROM THE BRANDS, BUT ALSO TO CREATE CONNECTIONS. AND THIS IS WHAT WE MISSED. TO CREATE THESE CONNECTIONS, THE LAYOUT OF THE FAIR IS VERY IMPORTANT. SO WE DECIDED TO HAVE AN URBANISTIC APPROACH. TO THINK ABOUT THE FAIR AS A CITY, AN IDEAL CITY, STARTING FROM THE PAVILIONS OF EUROLUCE.\u201d<\/cite><\/p>\n

Euroluce 2023<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(Pavilions 9-11 and 13-15)\u00a0will feature a radical rethink of its pavilions<\/strong>. \u201cWe Have Been Focusing On Lighting As An Object, On Its Shape. But Light Is Increasingly Connected To Technology, To The Way It Reacts To Human Beings, How It Influences How We Experience A Space<\/em>\u201c, says Porro.<\/p>\n

The new layout will be inspired by Italian historic town centres<\/strong>, reimagining the fair as a city, for which Euroluce will serve as an experimental ground. As part of the change, the emerging design fair SaloneSatellite will be incorporated into the Euroluce pavilions, and in 2023 the focus will be on design schools with the theme of\u00a0Building The (I\u2019m)Possible. Process, Progress, Practice<\/em>.<\/p>\n
