\nBefore this dazzling transformation, Clapton Warehouse was divided into small separate rooms and had little natural daylight.<\/p>\n

Inspired by a flower bouquet, DelightFULL<\/a>\u2019s designers designed\u00a0Madeleine<\/a>, an\u00a0industrial pendant lighting<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0With\u00a0four cone swiveling pinhole lights<\/i><\/b>, this\u00a0brass pendant lamp<\/i><\/b>\u00a0features a\u00a0matte white interior<\/i><\/b>and a\u00a0gold powder paint inside finishing<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cBefore the refurbishment, the space did not function very well and the inner rooms were too dark,\u201d\u00a0Sadie Snelson\u00a0told.\u00a0\u201cIt suffered from damp problems, with condensation on the windows.\u201d

\nThe designers removed all dividing walls and created an\u00a0open-plan living room<\/em>\u00a0in order to maximize light.
\n\"Discover<\/a>
\nMaterials used throughout the property are intended to reflect its\u00a0industrial nature<\/em>. Walls are left unpainted to expose the plaster finish, and structural I-beams\u00a0are left exposed. But the team also added oiled\u00a0oak flooring<\/em>\u00a0to\u00a0make the space feel more welcoming.

\nA staircase constructed from sheets of welded steel leads up\u00a0to the first-floor mezzanine, which cantilevers beyond the steel columns and out over the living space.
\n\"Trending<\/a>
\n\"Discover<\/a>
\n\u201cWe wanted the new structural elements to be distinct from the existing as far as possible,\u201d said Snelson.\u00a0\u201cThe corner of the mezzanine actually hangs from a rod in the ceiling, as well as cantilevering out from an existing floor steel as we did not want to create a connection into the adjacent column.\u201d
\n\"Discover<\/a>
\n\u201cThe stairs are supported on steel tabs which are welded to a beam concealed in the wall,\u201d\u00a0she\u00a0said.\u00a0\u201cThe balustrade railing was conceived as a ribbon, but it is actually bearing the load of the staircase.\u201d
\nA white-tiled kitchen is also the perfect addition to this home.\u00a0Steel sheets were paired with Critall-style windows to create a double-height partition between the living area and photographer\u2019s workspace.

\nThe cave-like shower was constructed from tadelakt \u2013 a specialist waterproof plaster traditionally used to coat palaces, hammams, and bathrooms in Morocco.
