Hank Chandelier<\/a> and Laine Chandelier<\/a> were really the main attraction of this year\u2019s stand since both of them came to redefine what mid-century lighting<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is all about. Simply poetic and extravagantly scenic!

Every single person stopped to look or take pictures when they passed by this bold, different and unique stand. This versatile stand was filled with bright colors and iconic pieces with crazy pop culture<\/strong><\/em><\/a> inspirations. One of our favorite features was definitely the vintage\u00a0wallpapers <\/em><\/strong><\/a>that really stand out.

\nVitra was one of the boldest stands of this Maison et Objet Edition<\/a>. With a collection based on classic patterns<\/strong><\/em> and objects conceived by designers\u00a0such as Alexander Girard<\/strong><\/em>, Charles and Ray Eames<\/strong> <\/em>and George Nelson<\/strong><\/em>, this stand represented authenticity, joy, and playfulness.<\/p>\nPop Corn<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

\nWe absolutely love Scandinavian Design<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, so one of our favorite stands of this edition the one from Design House Stockholm. With products filled with personality and character, this stand added something new to this outstanding trade show<\/strong><\/em> and confirming that they distinguished themselves as publishers of design rather than conventionals\u00a0producers.

\nFinally, Tom Dixon\u2019s stand was one of the most dazzling lighting\u00a0stands<\/strong><\/em> of the show. The interior designer showcased a collection of borosilicate glass vessels that seek to become ritualistic instruments of every day drinking and serving.\u00a0\u2018BUMP\u2019 includes minimalist<\/a> vases<\/strong>, a pair of tall and short water glasses, a tea set, and a water jug, each delicately handmade with subtle levels of pink and gray translucency.\u2019<\/em>

\nAmong the extensive list of conferences<\/strong><\/em><\/a> during Maison et Objet Conferences<\/strong>, Tristan Auer<\/a>, designer of the year award, designing interiors and emotions<\/em> was one of the most awaited one. The conference was moderated by Marion Vignal, journalist, and curator and Tristan Auer talked about his bespoke luxury<\/em><\/strong><\/a> interior designs and about his inspirations related to the glamorous lifestyle of the 1920s and 1930s and the French style.<\/p>\n
