<\/a>PopJob<\/strong> is the name of the tile collection born from the collaboration between Mirage<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 porcelain stoneware producer \u2013 and the Belgian duo Studio Job<\/strong><\/a>. The intention was to explore different ways and techniques to work with ceramics.
\n<\/a>
\n<\/a>Studio Job founders\u00a0Nynke Tynagel and Job Smeets took inspiration from the natural wooden patterns and decided to print it on tiles, creating a smooth flooring with depth and a sense of texture.
\n<\/a>\u201cWe approached the wood structure in a more graphic way, exaggerating it and making a pop-like parquet with bright colors, nothing like reality,\u201d explained Tynagel.
\n<\/a>The Belgian designers have been involved in other collaborations before, always creating something that\u2019s unusual and peculiar like fast food shaped furniture and tiles decorated with\u00a0animal skeletons.
