HOTEL PROJECTS<\/strong><\/em>: MILAN\u2019S \u2018IL DUCA\u2019 HOTEL | Global fashion photographer Alberto van Stokkum has collaborated with hospitality brand ME by Meli\u00e1 to share some of his exclusive images from this hotel project.

\nTo mark the start of this partnership , the photographer is exhibiting an intimate collection of his evocative photography at the recently opened luxury lifestyle hotel \u2018Il Duca\u2019 in Milan. Centrally located in the city\u2019s repubblica area, the hotel is a fusion of traditional and contemporary italian design with carefully chosen items of furniture, neutral colors and urbane textures.

\nOriginally designed by Aldo Rossi, the building has been fitted out with new interiors by Mortini\u2019s Studio. \u2018Il Duca\u2019, which translates as \u2018the duke\u2019, offers 132 rooms, including 32 \u2018chic suites\u2019. Situated on the first floor, a \u2018personality suite\u2019 and \u2018suite ME\u2019 both have an impressive 100 square meter private terrace overlooking Piazza Della Repubblica. throughout the hotel, alberto van stokkum is exhibiting ten photographs, with his artwork available to view and purchase. the two parties will also curate exclusive collections to be shown in future ME ventures.

\nRenowned for their impressive rooftop spaces, the company is set to open its second radio rooftop bar in the fashion capital, offering panoramic views of the milanese skyline. The venue also boasts the first italian branch from contemporary restaurant STK, an established favorite amongst international diners. Meanwhile, the Alfresco Restaurant, \u2018Il Giardino del Duca\u2019, provides an all day dining menu.
