\nIf you expected anything but an over-the-top Christmas display from the woman behind one of the most successful business empires of the century, think again. Kris Jenner<\/strong>\u00a0outdid herself this December, turning her house into a winter wonderland with help from her friend and longtime collaborator, the celebrated Los Angeles floral designer Jeff Leatham<\/a>.

\n\u201cOne of the fun things is just deciding on what the theme of the tree is going to be because that sets the tone for the entire house,\u201d says Jenner, who chose, in Leatham\u2019s words, a \u201cKandyland-chic\u201d motif, complete with oversized peppermint swirls, that\u2019s beyond sweet.

\n\u201cThe whole aspect of this beautiful black-and-white floor with the red and white of the tree\u2014it\u2019s about shape, it\u2019s about color,\u201d he says. The pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance or, as Jenner puts it, \u201cthe thing I\u2019m most excited about\u201d: a custom-made red metal-and-glass polar bear that was delivered from Paris and is the only one of its kind in the U.S.

\nThe contrasting palette continues in Jenner\u2019s formal dining room<\/a>, where the table is set with plaid chargers, snowman-themed dishes, and luxe gold flatware by Christofle. \u201cPlaid is very traditional, and it reminds me of being in the mountains,\u201d she says, noting her penchant for a little glam.

\nLeatham enhanced the depth of the crimson tableware with monochromatic bouquets of red roses emboldened with hints of black calla lilies, \u201cjust to add that naughty or nice\u201d element, he says.

\nThe bold hues give way to a more subdued take on holiday decor in the living room, where a sculptural garland over the mantel lends the feel of an elevated art installation.
