However, today we have here 10 of our favorite top interior designers<\/strong><\/em> and we\u2019re telling you all about them! These designers were all featured<\/strong> in an amazing AD list<\/strong>, and we loved them so much we had to share their passion with you!<\/p>\n

Jennifer Post<\/h4>\n

Penny Drue Baird<\/h4>\n

\nAn impassioned Francophile, Manhattan-based designer Baird\u2019s style typically incorporates bold architectural gestures, sumptuous upholstery, and graceful European antiques. On the right photo, we can see the living room of Nina Bauer and Andrew Shapiro\u2019s<\/strong> New York apartment, which was renovated by architect David Ruff of Design Laboratories and decorated by Baird.<\/p>\n

Annabelle Selldorf<\/h4>\n

\nKnown for her sophisticated<\/strong>, inviting takes on minimalism<\/strong>, New York\u2013based Selldorf has long established herself as one of the art world\u2019s go-to architects, having designed homes for top collectors and gallerists\u2014as well as countless exhibition spaces worldwide.\u00a0Selldorf masterminded a gut renovation of Anne-Ga\u00eblle and Christophe Van de Weghe\u2019s townhouse<\/strong> on Manhattan\u2019s Upper East Side<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Victoria Hagan<\/h4>\n

\nCrisply elegant and cheerfully modern, Hagan\u2019s interiors are characterized by a strong sense of proportion and adroit combinations of materials and textures<\/strong> set against a warm neutral palette<\/strong>.\u00a0The interior designer worked with Botticelli & Pohl Architects to create a Nantucket summer home<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kelly Wearstler<\/h4>\n

\nAuthor, blogger, outr\u00e9 fashion plate, branding virtuoso, and decorator and muse of the Viceroy and Tides hotels\u2014Wearstler cuts a profile as colorful<\/strong> as those of her clients, much like Gwen Stefani.\u00a0Working with M. Brian Tichenor of Tichenor & Thorp Architects, Wearstler created a bold new look<\/strong> for a family\u2019s 1930s Bel Air, California, residence. The pool pavilion\u2019s spiky brass light fixture was custom made; the herringbone-pattern floor is stained walnut.

Isabel L\u00f3pez-Quesada<\/h4>\n

\nThe Madrid-based designer endeavors to create \u201cmagical homes that are sensitive to the architecture and faithful to their place.\u201d The designer\u2019s own Madrid home<\/strong> is a warm tapestry of textures<\/strong>, from the carved fireplace to the built-in bookshelves and gray stone floors; even the omnipresent Eames lounge<\/strong> looks refreshingly relaxed in the space.<\/p>\n

Suzanne Kasler<\/h4>\n

Long the go-to decorator for traditional<\/strong> interiors that don\u2019t skimp on comfort, Kasler has lent her expert eye to everything from furniture, to textiles, to lighting, establishing a catalog of sources that incorporate her attention to detail, texture, and history.\u00a0Subdued colors<\/strong>, custom curtains<\/strong>, and a crystal chandelier<\/strong> emphasize the magnificent windows in this Georgia home of Kasler\u2019s design.<\/p>\n

Jan Showers<\/h4>\n

Showers has earned a loyal following for imbuing her spaces with comfort<\/strong> and personality<\/strong>, favoring modernism that never feels sparse or cold.\u00a0In this suburban Phoenix home, Showers and architect Marwan Al-Sayed created a desert oasis with warm woods<\/strong>, supple leather, and no shortage of design details.<\/p>\n

Rose Uniacke<\/h4>\n

\nKnown for creating crisp, elegantly restrained contemporary rooms<\/strong> that still have a warm soulfulness, Summers is a master at softening modernism\u2019s<\/strong> hard edges with sumptuously.\u00a0At the designer\u2019s Indian Wells, California, retreat, a Neal Small mirror glints above a Karl Springer sideboard in the dining room.
