Where can I buy DelightFULL products?
DelightFULL lamps are available in online stores and showrooms around the world. Please let us know your location by sending us an email to info@delightfull.eu and we will be glad to provide you with information about a retailer near you. If we don’t have a retailer in a desirable location, our sales manager can guide you through the decision-making process via telephone or email.

Where are the products made?
Our products are handmade in Porto, Portugal, by a team of highly qualified and dedicated artisans specialized in craftsmanship. Our product design team works together with the artisans every day to assure the high-quality standards of our pieces. Old techniques, attention to detail and a modernized human touch result in a uniqueness that you’ll want to meet in a very deep and intense way.
Are your products suitable for Hospitality use?

Where are your headquarters based? And the production facilities?
They are both located in Oporto, one of the best European destinations, a historical city in the North of Portugal. DelightFULL’s pieces are handmade in Gondomar, Portugal.
How can I get samples?

Can you send me individual samples?
Yes, we provide individual samples.
Are the bulbs included?
Yes, the recommended bulbs are included in all the fixtures’ packages. However, the bulbs are not included for orders to North America.
Are the fixtures LED-compatible?
Yes, all our bulb holders are compatible with LED bulbs, you just have to check which type of bulbs the fixtures require (E14, E27, G9 and GU10).
Do you make customized pieces?
Yes, we can customize any piece you want.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we don’t.
Can I choose any RAL color?
Yes, if it is one of our standard colors. If you decide on another color, you will have to pay an additional charge of 50€ per color.

How are the shipping costs calculated?
DelightFULL shipping charges are based on the size, weight and destination zone of the product ordered and therefore, not included in the prices. You can contact +351 914 922 036 to talk to one of our brand ambassadors and know more about it.
What kind of packing materials does DelightFULL use?
Our pieces are in cardboard or wooden boxes according to the type of product.
Standard packaging is included in the price. Should the client require specific packaging, it will be charged accordingly. All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
When will I receive my order?
Our lighting is made to order and requires a lead time of 6-8 weeks for standard products. Custom made pieces have a minimum lead time of 8 weeks. We also have pieces in stock that are ready to ship.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes, our pieces are shipped with assembly schemes. However, if you need assistance, please feel free to contact our sales team.
What is the difference between “order date” and “ship date”?
Order date means the day that you have placed your order. Ship date corresponds to the day that your order has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is dispatched?
All details need to be confirmed before payment and if any changes need to be made after the pieces are in production, there will be a fee charged of 150€.
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
Usually we ship all pieces of the same order together. However, if you prefer we can ship them as soon as they are produced.
What happens if I am not on-site when the parcel arrives?
After your order has been dispatched, the transportation company will contact you or the contact person in order to arrange the delivery date and time. There should always be someone available to receive the order on site and check its status. For more information, please read our terms and conditions.
How do you proceed if the products arrive damaged to the final destination?

How can I clean my product?
Each product has a clean and care guide.
How long is the products warranty?
We offer a 2 years warranty as long as the products is correctly used and maintained in the most suitable conditions.
What is your returns policy?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within three (3) days of receipt. You may also contact us on LIVE CHAT or at sales@delightfull.eu. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will work with you to make things right.
What is your return/exchange policy?
No returns will be accepted without written consent from DelightFULL. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customers’ expense. For authorized returns, we will provide you with all the information needed.
What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?
When you can always check the status of your order by mailing or calling us and we will also provide details about updates if necessary.
Do you offer trade conditions?

How do I know if my order request has been received?
After your order request, DelightFULL will provide you with a proforma invoice accepting your order and providing you the payment details.
When does the production of my order starts?
The production process starts after you receive and send back the signed proforma invoice and proceed with the payment required.
Can I change or amend the invoice provided?
Alterations are allowed in the proforma before the order confirmation (before advanced payment). After DelightFULL begins production (after the payment), alterations are not allowed. Exceptions can be made if you want to change a shipping address or billing information, although an extra fee of 150 € will be charged for the alteration.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Merchandise is manufactured upon the receipt of the order and deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted after 5 (five) working days from the order issue date.
What are my payment terms?
Proformas should be signed and stamped by the customer as a form of approval of the described content. In the absence of signature and stamp, by making a deposit, the customer is approving the described content of the proforma. A 50% deposit minimum is required to start the production of customer’s order and the balance payment prior to shipping from Portugal (until 3 days before expedition date). A 100% deposit is required to start the production of orders with custom products. All lamps are property of DelightFULL until payment in full is received. DelightFULL reserves the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.
Do we need to open a trade account?
All accounts will only be registered once the first proforma is issued. The client has to provide valid company details such as billing name, billing address and VAT number (company registration number or resale number).
Do you keep stock?
Yes, DelightFULL does keep 80% of stock pieces to offer you a best lead time in each quantity you need.
Is my personal information kept private?
DelightFULL guarantees to keep private all the information provided to us.
Can you take me off your mailing list?
Yes, of course. All you have to do is reply to our email asking to unsubscribe.
