INSIDE PRESIDIO HEIGHTS PROJECT IN SAN FRANCISCO
BY ECHE MARTINEZ
LUXURIOUS MODERN TWIST
San Francisco-based interior designer Eche Martinez was tasked to revive the personality and historical charm of a Presidio Heights home, originally built in 1926. The designer wanted to restore the property’s soul by leaving some of the main architecture icons and elevate them with a luxurious modern twist. The main goal of this iconic residential project was reinjecting the residence with its lost sense of classical elegance while conveying a visual language that felt current, livable, and inviting, as well as creating a proper showcase for the client’s extensive contemporary art collection, which proved to be essential for injecting personality throughout the property.
