The Studio:
Shmidt Studio is a creative union between a professional experienced architect and a professional experienced designer. 2008 was the year when the owners decided to merge the existing strengths and ideas in order to create unique apartments and private homes. Shmidt Studio offers professional services for the creation and management of different types of design projects.

The project:
From furnishings to lighting, every single piece featured here will enchant you at first glance. Let’s start with the beginning: golden, black and white are the main hues of this colour palette. Great choices. The designer used marble and fine wood to create a contemporary ambience with a touch of luxury.

But let’s talk about the lighting. From the incredible golden suspension fixture in the kitchen to the outstanding suspension lamp in the dining room, the fancy table lamp in the corridor, or the wall fixtures next to the sofa, the piece of lighting that we love the most is, of course, the floor lamp featured in the living room, next to the tv.

Ike mid-century modern lamp (part of the same family of the suspension lamp in the dining area) was designed by DelightFULL, a European lighting design brand. We love the clean (but at the same time, complex) lines of the piece.
