We’ve been featuring some of the most amazing interior design projects with you for the past few weeks. And in the spirit of keeping things up to a certain level, today we’re sharing with you a modern apartment in Sofia, Bulgaria, that is super trendy!

Designed by Bulgaria-based Fimera Design Studio, this apartment in Lozenetz – Sofia, Bulgaria’s biggest city and capital, is a fresh and trendy use of geometric shapes and designs. As you scroll, you’ll see that this 2015 project is actually very now and ready for Spring, boasting beautiful shades of Primrose yellow and Lapis blue, two of the colors featured in Pantone’s Spring color report.
The kitchen makes a great use of black, which then lets all the woodwork and the strong yellow talk for themselves. They truly are the stars of this design, that end up making this a very unique look.
In the living room, however, we see the opposite happen, with white leading the way and creating a nice setting filled with other neutral colors, much like a pastel brown, only a little darker than the Hazelnut tone.
EDITOR’S CHOICE
The only thing we’d add to his already amazing dining room design is the Ella suspension lamp by DelightFULL. Its simple and minimalist lighting design fits right in with the open plan living decor chosen and we’d love to it featured in such a stunning apartment.
In more detail, we can see that a few patterns were used in the pillows to break free of the daily monotony. Strong yellow with a dark blue city skyline and the everlasting black and white combo were the patterns chosen. And, of course, never forget the plants…
The bathroom couldn’t be trendier and it not only is very rich in raw white and lapis blue, but it also features some incredible geometric patterned tiles! Just perfect…
Finally, in the master bedroom, we can see a continuity of the geometric trend, along with a few neutral colors that make way for it to shine. The Scandinavian side tables were also a great option, that really complete this colorful apartment’s decor.
