One thing the designer noticed in the clients’ previous home, was the CD and vinyl collection, stored in a separate room with high-quality musical equipment. A similar room was designed in the house with soundproof convex wallpaper, decorated with darker tones. The main room that really embodies the whole style of the house is the kitchen and dining area. The custom-made table and counters were made from Italian marble, the same marble used in famous sculptures by Michael Angelo and Bernini. Besides music, one of the owners’ biggest passions is to travel and collect souvenirs from all over the globe. To celebrate that, the designer decided to incorporate some of the souvenirs as part of the decor throughout the house. As an example of that, the walls of the hallway on the second floor are decorated with Venetian masks. GET THE LOOK
