What To Expect When Visiting DesignTO 20!
Former Toronto Design Offsite Festival, DesignTO 2019 is filled with magic – not the kind of magic we in movies but the kind of magic that makes design and art meet. From January 18th to the 27th of 2019, the city will be filled with all of the worlds of Canadian design has to offer.

Design Unseen.
One of the many events of the Toronto design event, it covers works by Estefani Campana (Lima, Peru), Department of Unusual Certainties (Toronto), Chris Lange (Toronto) among others. What this event has in particular? – “‘Design Unseen’ asks whether process is as critical—if not more so—than a design in its final form.”
Danish Design — Future/Classics.
A collection of works from various artists, the event counts with the new wave of Danish design. With lighting fixtures, chairs and storage, this is also the first time that Considered.ca is in Canada displaying works!
Light Cage Duo.
After the incredible success, this is the third instalment between Luvère Studio and bulthaup Toronto called “Light Cage Duo”. A series of work that proves to be more than meets the eye, the metaphorical sense of the piece comes through the growth and unrestrained power of the plant.
Forbidden Forest
One of our fan favourites we must admit. The ancestral arts of the mysterious world of storytelling are being revamped here. A one of a kind exhibition, the event brings together contemporary design style with old folklore, this is a must-not-miss on this edition of design event.
