On this Tuesday, the creative director of Chanel and the italian house, Fendi – Karl Lagerfeld – has passed away, after being hospitalized last Monday night. The German designer has changed the perspective of design, and it’s impossible not to do the right and deserved tribute to him.

Karl Lagerfeld died at the age of 85, and left a legacy that will never die. He was the creative designer of Chanel and the italian house, Fendi. Known for his excentric style, the German Designer draw a new path of design and art for future generations, and will always be a inspiration.
Chanel is one of teh most well known luxury brand, and its products and story tellings are the most inspiring ones and serve as an example for many other emerging brands that want to have a position on the market.
He started representing Chanel in 1983, and never missed a show. Since 1983, in every single show, after presenting his collection, he appeared to his audiance, that is why everybody thought his absence on the last show was strange. With almost 40 years working as the creative designer of teh brand, he was responsible for the interpretation and a new vision of design.
Karl was also the creative designer of the other well known luxury brand with several different product cattegories, Fendi, since 1965.

Karl Lagerfeld, the prolific fashion designer who turned around the fortunes of Chanel and Fendi, died in Paris. Until his death, we worked as the artistic director of fashion houses, as well as working on his own label collections every season.
Known for his “style and his cutting comments about those he considered fat or unfashionable, as for the clothes he created, always completing his look with black sunglasses and a pair of white gloves“.
