Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design is the result of a partnership between Oleg Klodt, head architect and, Anna Agapova, head of the Design department. A duo that complements perfectly, the founders that helped create and empower this studio. Alongside them, a complete and imaginative team that helps design residential and commercial projects for the upper-echelon market.
What do you like most about your work?
Oleg Klodt – “I am fully involved in the creative process and enjoy both the process and the result equally (…) At the same time, in my opinion, the designer’s fingerprints should not be visible in the project. After all, we do not express ourselves in the profession, we create beautiful spaces and beautiful things for a very specific market.”
Anna Agapova – “I am a tactile person, it is important for me to physically experience the interior, enjoy the shades, textures, tones, and nuances. Even after so many years of experience, for me, this moment is akin to the feeling that a child experiences opening a Christmas present – a fairy tale, magic, magic, and awe.”
Residential Project – Netherlands
This is not your average residential project renovation. This project used the building’s “backbone” and renovated it, to preserve the original architect’s wish of having a modern and contemporary residency.
Gerard Schaperkotter was the original artist and owner of this home. The only art pieces that he left were his painting, which Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design used as inspirations for the renewal of this place. With a contemporary taste mixed with 20th-century modern architectural influence , there’s no denying the unique flavor that this residential project processes.
Commercial Project – Queen V
To resemble an English pub in the most luxurious fashion. That’s the design philosophy for this commercial project. The Queen V captures the raw British pub-style and mixes the luxurious influences that the Russian market is used to.
With custom furniture pieces designed specifically for this project, Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design designed and created this project in just eight months. From paper to opening, this took only eight months, a testament to Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design‘s work ethic and commitment to delivering perfect and unique projects.
