The very first Givenchy store in the United States finally opened, and it’s right in Las Vegas! The design of this 3,100 square foot Las Vegas store is based on the brand’s flagship outlet in Paris, which was inspired by Givenchy‘s signature delivery boxes.
Resembling the lacquered wood boxes, the rooms feature floors in natural oak parquet. This is also akin to the French label’s haute couture salons on Avenue George V in Paris. American marble adorns the walls and floor at the entrance of the boutique.
While ready-to-wear collections are well displayed all over the space, the bags and accessories are put in marble wall shelves and white-lacquered display cabinets. Jewelry and other small leather goods are put on display on marble or brass showcases.
To mark the boutique‘s opening, Givenchy has designed three limited edition small Shark Chain bags in red crocodile skin with red nappa lining, lambskin leather, and trimmed with pale gold hardware. Exclusively available at the Givenchy Wynn Las Vegas store, each bag will feature a special metal plaque displaying the number of the limited edition etched along with the Givenchy Wynn Las Vegas 2014 mark.
The haute couture brand was founded in 1952 by designer Hubert de Givenchy and has its headquarters in 3 Avenue Geroge V, in Paris. Givenchy does not only sell designer clothing items, but also fashion accessories, perfumes and cosmetics, thus making it one of the most luxurious french fashion and perfume houses.
It goes without saying that Givenchy’s Maison is a trendsetter and it’s owned by LVMH luxury group along with Dior – another renowned designer clothing, high fashion house.
