Today we will show a fantastic and inspiring mid-century project in Russia, designed by MAXIM RYMAR Architectural Studio.
Located in Saint-Petersburg (Russia), this office of an Architectural Studio, inspirational workspace where architects and designers create interiors, aims to achieve the collector’s Italian lamps and vintage furniture of the 1940s-1970s – which partly represent the collection of the architects themselves, along with antique engravings from the eighteenth century and painting from the mid- and late-twentieth century.
Despite the extensive use of vintage items, the interior is nevertheless rooted in the ‘here-and-now’ – the period items are in perfect harmony with furniture which is a classic of contemporary design. The studio also features furniture items which the architects have created to their own designs – including Murano glass light-fittings, and brass tables and consoles.
The studio joined forces with Delightfull to create some amazing lighting spots that make this decor even more inspiring.
The Studio use Amy Floor Lamp, Duke Chandelier and Evans Floor Lamp to empower and give that sophisticated touch to this special project.
The MAXIM RYMAR architectural studio, situated on Bolshoy Prospekt, in the Petrograd section of the city – is headed by a creative duo – Maxim Rymar and Natalya Markova. The practice’s completed projects include the private homes of business- people from the Forbes list; and also civic projects such as the famous academy of the Krasnodar Football Club – which Fabio Capello says is the best football academy in the world.
