These are two of the top names that have marked with mid-century design world thanks to their astonishing ideas.
Besides sharing interest about great architecture and designers from the last century, Carlo Donati also finds fascinating the modernist concept applied in a different context, like the Palm Springs scenery with its timelessly elegant villas, a place in the middle of the desert that was a quite popular vacation destination in the 50s and 60s. He considers it a design mirage, defined by its modern, functional, and aesthetic concepts.
